2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we process personal data when you use cheapcarent.com, create an account, contact us or make a booking through the CheapCarRent marketplace. Some offers redirect you to an external partner. That partner processes your booking under its own privacy policy.
3. Data we collect
- Account and contact data: name, email address, phone number, address and account credentials.
- Booking data: selected vehicle, rental dates and locations, booking number, messages and information needed to fulfil the rental.
- Verification data: profile photo, date of birth and driving-licence information when verification is required.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, approximate location, visited pages, referral source and cookie preferences.
- Communications: questions, support requests and other messages you send us.
Card payments are handled by payment service providers. CheapCarRent does not store complete payment-card details.

- to share the information required to fulfil a booking with the relevant vehicle owner or rental provider;
